<p>Positioned along Macapagal Avenue and in front of our pilot project â€œSentosia Condominiumsâ€, Manila Prime Land management and its designers wanted an ultimate place for residence with clearly defined areas shelled with an external faÃ§ade that depicts a design conceived to be unique with the urban impression of the city. With the main entrance situated along the main thoroughfare, Cubix West Tower I and II contains 17 floors each. Cubix East Tower I and II rises at the back with 22 floors each. Equally important to have a successful design is the bridge connecting the West Tower I with East Tower I and West Tower II with East Tower II. The bridge is carefully designed to give convenient access from one tower to another. Upscale city living is offered with great options from studio to 1-2-3 bedroom units. Living spaces measure averaging from a floor area of 21 sq. m. to a floor area of 43 sq. m. per module furnished with tiles and smooth finished painted walls. Stay at corner units with a spectacular view of the blue skies and the white clouds of Manila Bay. These towers sit on a 6-level podium that shall display distinctive architectural elements in the condominium amenities and roof garden. The plan layout covers the ground floor designed for open space, commercial stalls, lobby and the general building utilities at the rear area. More commercial stalls will be added at the second floor and office spaces are available at the third, fourth and fifth floors. On all levels from the ground floor to the fifth floor are parking spaces.</p>
<p>Cubix Tower, near the future Pagcor City and Bagong Nayong Pilipino, will not be the usual residential-commercial condominium that most have technically known but is envisioned to be a legacy trademark.</p>

The name itself reflects an exclusive and elegant real estate development. Terra Grande Residences is a private abode in the heart of the Philippine Capital City of Manila. Its concrete architectural design flourishes from the roots of Filipino Architecture. The design and materials that would be used for the visual elements of each tower are inspired by our Spanish influence incorporating the modern trend of space planning.</span></h1>
<p>Evidence of design harmony is in its two mid-rise towers which both include a three-level podium with amenities accessible on the third level. The main entrance is set on the main street of Paz Guanzon arriving to the first residence, The Gateway Tower. This tower is planned to rise in TEN (10) floors where each floor level shall contain TWELVE (12) units with an average approximate floor area of 35 sq. m. each. A run through the driveway reaches the second residence, The Riverside Tower. This is planned to stand with FOURTEEN (14) floors containing TWENTY SEVEN (27) units with an average approximate floor area of 40 sq. m. for each unit. All residential units are designed for a great panoramic view of the city with its wide verandas especially on the north side of this tower that faces the well-known Pasig River.</p>
<p>Terra Grande Residences covers a land of approximately 4,000 sq. m. that offers the perfect location for access to services such as shopping malls, schools, and churches.</p>
